(0) James hurried down to the great hall one evening. It was full moon and he found Sirius, Remus and Peter already there. Sirius and Peter were laughing, but Remus looked very pale. James sat beside Sirius. There was a huge explosion and they turned to the Hufflepuff table. "They shouldn't play with those" said Sirius. James looked over at the Slytherin table and expected to see Severus. Instead, his seat was empty. James's eyes scanned the hallway and found snape standing over Remus's goblet, who was looking at a game of chess on his left. Severus was pouring red liquid into Remus's goblet. Then he snuck away back to the Slytherin table. Then Remus turned back and put his hand on his goblet. "REMUS NO!" James shouted. Too late. Remus drank all the juice left in his cup. He coughed twice, then falled to the ground mosionless. But Sirius was staring at the full moon that began to rise over the mountain. James looked at Remus who now had bared sharp werewolf fangs..
