(0) Hermoine brushed several strands of long, dark hair behind her ears, and flashed a smile at Ron. "What do you think?" She turned from the mirror. "You look...gorgeous!" Ron sputtered. He felt his cheeks burn, and quickly covered his face with his hands. "Thanks Ron. But do you think HARRY will like it?" Ron suddenly became stiff. So it was because of Harry, huh? "Yes, Hermoine. Of course he'll like it," he stalked out the common room, but not before adding one final comment, "but do you think that'll do against CHO?!" Ron walked out the door but then backed up. "we have charms class in 10 minutes!" said Ron. " I know that"" Just tell Harry that I will be 5 seconds late" said Hermione brushing her hair even more."okay" said Ron. Ron walked out of the door and said to himself. (3) Ron immediately forgot about Hermoine. "Hi! I'm Ron," he blushed. "Sorry about bumping into you." The smiled back. "That's ok. Um..." she bit her lip nervously, "Do you think you could show me where the Charms classroom is? I'm new here." Ron felt himself growing faint. Was a beautiful asking HIM for help? And not Harry?! (4) Lavender Brown watched as ron lead one of the new girls away.There were quite a few of them arriving this year.lavender didn't like the looks of any of them.She checked her watch and muttered an oath.Proffeser Trewalney sasid she would help her with her scrying.Lavender sighed,what a marvolous woman.She cast another longing look at ron and his new "freind" she snarled the word out loud,turned on her heel and started down the corridor.But as she went her thoughts were jumbled and the only coherent thought she had was...'i wish ron had never ran into that girl,i wish i had him to myself,and i'll have him too.I swear it.' She shook her head with a small frown as if she could fiscally shake the thought from her head.She quickened her step,all thoughts of ron forgotten. (5) Angalina scowled as she watched George collide with Lavender.She had spilled some of her books, Mostly about divintion,Angelina snorted,as if she could predict anything in the future other than a cold.She watched with rising temper as George bent down to help pick up her books."Why that conniving little witch," Agelina muttered furiously under her breath."To steal him from mr behind my back." Her eyes narrowed as she saw Lavender toss her hair and smile as he stood up and handed her her books."she wont be smiling much once i yank out that hair.Angalina started forward only to stop.She had no idea why she was standing here in the hall with balled fists,and (she felt the taut muscles in her face) wearing a scowl.A pretty nasty one if the soreness in her face was any indication.Then she saw george,smiled and hurried towards him smiling and ignoring Lavender completly but with a nod of the head.And as Lavender walked away george wispered in her ear,"wait for it.I slipped an invention Fred and I made over the summer." And they both burst out laughing as Lavenders books exploded with a series of croaks,rude sounds,and something brown a gooshey that looked supiciously like....they laughed even harder when Lavender,figuring out what it was that covered her from head to toe,ran swearing towards the girls bathroom. (6) In Charms, Ron found a seat next to the new , Lynn. He ignored Harry and Hermoine, who had been signaling desperately for him to sit with them. Ron, not having fully forgiven Hermoine, took his seat from a table across the room. He made a space for Lynn, and began taking out his books. (8) Lavender couldn't help smiling. Lynn wore a troubled look. "Isn't Hermoine your friend, Ron?" her voice was laced with concern. "Maybe you should go apologize." "Its none of your beeswax. Buzz off!" Ron snapped. Stung^^, Lynn grabbed her books and joined Seamus' table. Ron felt his face grow red. He didn't mean for this to happen. He just lost control... Lavender's smile widened. (9) Harry looked at Hermoine. "You look different," he said. He didn't want to let on that he thought she was HOT! Cramming his Charms books into his bag, Harry smiled. "Watcha doing today? Going out with Ron?" he teased. Hermoine pouted. Didn't he get it? She didn't do all this just for Ron! "Yes, whatever," she strode out the classroom, hair flying. 'Well...that was weird,' Harry though. 'What did I do?' Muttering under his breath, Harry chased after his friend. Unfortunately, it was his turn to collide with the new girl Lynn. (11) Meanwhile, Angelina was tearing a pink sheet of paper into small, tiny pieces. Absentmindedly, she had written 'George Weasley' all over the sheet of paper. When she finally realized what she had done, she couldn't rip the sheet fast enough. She hoped no one had noticed her doodling. She didn't like a Weasley. Of course not. But she thought about how Lavender's book exploded in her face, and burst into laughter. So maybe she did. It was nothing to worry about... (12) George Weasley was rummaging through a pile of garbage. His brows were furrowed with concentration, and lips were twisted in a half smile. He wasn't searching through the junk for any old thing. He had a target, and a tip. Within seconds, he withdrew a handful of pink scraps. Yes! Somebody had told him that pink was the key to blackmail. If George could figure out what was written on the scraps, he would have some pretty valuable information on his hands. But of course, nothing comes for free. He'd have to spend some time taping the scraps back together, like a puzzle. George rubbed his hands. It was going to be a long night. (13) hermoine was back to normal. she gave up on the makeup and resumed being best friends with ron and harry again. harry was fine with it. he went back to liking cho, but ron still had a major crush on hermoine. 'that's it,' he thought. 'i am finally going to ask her out today. during potions.' it was potions class. ron shivered as a cold draft entered the room with the teacher, severus snape. 'what is it?!' hermoine whispered impatiently. she knew that ron wanted to ask her something, he told her earlier. but now he wouldn't say what! ron pulled a piece of parchment from his bag and started scribbling on it. 'will you go out with me, hermoine,' it said. suddeny, snape yanked the note from ron. 'you shouldn't be writing notes in class weasley!' snape smirked. (14) "'Will you go out with me Hermione.' How fortunate for this class to be embarked on the first date of Ms. Granger and Mr. Weasley." Snape said with a creul smirk on his face. Hermione looked at Ron, and he could see her face turning bright red. Malfoy was laughing and pointing at Ron. He looked at Harry, who seemed to be laughing too. Ron slipped lower into his chair, wishing to disappear. After potions, Ron gathered his things and ran out of the potions room. "Ron, wait!" called Hermione rushing to gaher her things. Ron stopped and leaned against the wall behind him. "What?" Ron said close to a whisper. "Why did you write that?" Hermione asked glancing at the people leaving the potions, then at Ron, so he could see that she was still blushing. He shrugged. "Well," she didn't finish what she was going to say because she caught a glimpse of Malfoy listening around the wall in front of them. She grabbed Ron's arm and pulled him away, they walked and stopped when they were in front of the girls' lavitry(washroom). "Well," Hermione continued, "I will." She leaned over and gently kissed Ron on the cheek and walked away in the direction of the common room. Ron blused until his face was a tomato. He smiled ever so slightly and walked down the hall. (15) Harry was chuckling when he entered the common room. He still couldn't get over the fact that Ron had fallen for Hermoine. How many times had Ron gotten mad at Hermoine for the slightest reason, or made fun of her (really confusing and rather pointless) campaigns, or ignored her to drool over some pretty girl that walked by? Maybe Ron was serious this time, Harry mused. "I'll go talk to Ron," he whispered. Still shaking with mirth, Harry was surprised to find himself bumping into Lynn again. (16) George Weasley carefully glued the last pieces together. He'd finally figured out the puzzle. But it didn't make sense. It was just his name - written over and over again on the same sheet of paper. How pointless. How stupid. Who was the idiot with too much time on his/her hands anyways? George crumpled the note into a ball and casually tossed it over his shoulder. It hit Angelina on the head. (Adrianne, Age 5 to 8, 5/19/2003 8:44:23 PM, Jealousy)

(17) Draco was not happy. Hermoine and Ron were together? Something didn't click. He wasn't sure what, he just couldn't accept the fact that Hermoine had agreed to go out with Ron. "What's so great about him?" Draco snarled, tipping a pile of books into the fireplace. "He's a Weasley. Red hair, hand-me-down robes..." Crabbe and Goyle watched silently as their ringleader paced around the room in anger. "Who cares who the mudblood goes out with?" Crabbe finally asked. He recalled that Draco d Hermoine, never did like her. "Don't call her a mudblood!" Draco found himself yelling. He stopped right after the word mudblood, confusion written all over his face. (18) Ron and Hermoine were on a midnight stroll to Hagrid's. Without knowing, Draco was right behind them. He wasn't going to rat on them this time, not after the last episode where HE ended up having to serve detention with them. He was simply going to ruin their date another way. Ron and Hermoine stopped many a time to whisper jokes or share a quick kiss. Draco took advantage of these times to wreck their night out. "Hermoine?" Draco whispered, expertly disguising his voice. "You've become uglier. You know...there's a new in school. Her name is Lynn. She's really pretty. You could learn a lot from her." He paused for the full effect. Hermoine sucked in a deep breath, then screamed "Ronald Weasley! I you! Go find that Lynn if you like her so very much! See if I care! I am never speaking to you again!" With that, she fled, tears streaming from her eyes. Draco felt a pang of guilt, but watching Ron's happy face turn upside down soon helped him overcome the guilt. "Yes!" Draco hissed. (19) into the corner, there stood Harry looking at Ron and that stupid old Draco makeing Ron a fool out of him while Hermione was running gently passed Harry but Hermione saw a glimpes of him while running. "Harry?" said Hermione.Harry looed at her face with her tears running down her cheek with red blushes on her and her chocklate brown eyes. "Yes?" said Harry. 'Was that t-t-true that Ron hates m-m-mme?' said Hermione as she stumbled on her words."It's Malfoy thats doing ALL of it" said Harry. "Look over there, pointing at Ron like hes just been embarsed and LAUGHING at Ron" said Harry. Hermione looked back at Ron standing there with his face down and a big frown on his face. "Ill go show you" said Harry reaching torsed Hermione's hand. "O-o-okay" said Hermione. They both went down torsed Malfoy and Ron. "HOW DARE YOU MAKE MY BEST FRIEND FEELING GUILTY!!" said Harry. Draco Looked behind him seeing Harry and Hermione standing next to each other. "ITS A FREE COUNTRY! WHAT DO YOU KNOW U POTTER?!" said Malfoy with a mean face but a smirk yet on it too. "Hermione I didn't say those words Draco did, I REALLY like you Hermione, ever since I first saw you,asking to sit with Harry and I,telling me about the dark spot near my nose, thats what it is Hermione!" said Ron with a little smile. Just then, Lynn came in. "AH PUT A SOCK IN IT WEASLEY" said Lynn. All of a sudden, a roar of thunder and big glops of rain came down. "WERE ALL JEALOUS OF EACH OTHER!" "DRACO WANTING HERMIONE,RON WANTING HERMIONE,HERMIONE WANTING ME,LYNN WHANTING.....SOMEONE, IT ALL POSSIBLE!" said Harry trying to let Ron,Lynn,Hermione and Draco hear him over the LO0UD roar of thunder. 'IM NOT DEAF YOU KNOW!" said Draco out loud for Harry to listen. "TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IS FOR ME,HERMIONE AND RON TO BE BACK AS FRIENDS!, DRACO...IS BEING HIMSELF AND LYNN TO STAY OUT OF OUR BUISINESS!" said Harry out loud over the thunder and the loud rain comming down. "BFF!" REMEMBER RON AND HERMIONE?" DO YOU STILL HAVE THOSE NECK;ASES?" said Harry. "Harry's right, we should be friends again, it screwed up our hole entire lives on not being friends!" said Hermione over the thunder. "Im sorry you guys!" said Ron crying. Ron,Harry and Hermione hugged eachother and all of a sudden,the rain and the thunder started to stop. The sky was dark blue with clear skyes of lite blue clouds but not 1 star out yet." Im sorry you guys" said Ron. "Mee too" said Harry and Hermione. Could we just go inside to dry off?" said Ron laughing. "Shure" said Hermione giggiling and Harry laughing. The three of them went into the castel. "Good realitonship egh?: said Draco. "Whatever" said Lynn walking back to Hogwarts. "ITS NOT OVER POTTER! IM STILL JEALOUS!!" said Draco. (20) "It doesn't have to be like that," Lynn's lips curved into a smile, as she wrapped her arms in Draco's."I like Draco just fine." Hermoine glared at the ."So you mean you'll go for anyone?" Lynn nodded as she steered a dumbfounded Draco from the trio. Hermoine glanced at Ron. His face displayed no emotion. "Well, Ron," Hermoine whispered, peering into his now troubled gray eyes."I like you a lot, but I'm really glad that we're all just friends again." Harry, Ron and Hermoine shared a hug, when suddenly...Angelina broke through their huddle! Fred was chasing after her, waving a wrinkled piece of stationary. "What's up with them?" they thought. (21) After their recent breakup, Hermione and Ron were devastated. While in the Great Hall Harry notices that Ron is very much unhappy, and knows why. Harry asks Ron, “you still thinking about her?” Ron replies, “I just can’t get her out of my head. She makes me laugh, and she’s so beautiful.” Malfoy overhears Ron’s comment and decides to have a little fun of his own. Malfoy wanted to make Ron miserable just for the fun of it. He knew that if he went out with Hermione, it would drive Ron crazy.. However, he knew that Hermione would never go out with him. So Malfoy decided to uncover some dirt on Hermione. He found out that not only are her parents muggles, but her whole family are muggles. So Malfoy thought to himself, “how does one with a non-magic family, get powers?” Malfoy decided to extend his research. So he uncovered that the only reason Hermione has her powers is because one of her relatives from hundreds of years ago stole the powers of other wizards and used them as his own. Because the magic gene is passed down through the family, Hermione got lucky and received this gift. However, Malfoy knew that this would ruin her reputation at Hogwarts and everyone would know that her powers are not authentic. Malfoy decided to use this against her. Draco confronted Hermione during dinner and told her what he found out. He also told her what she had to do in order for this information to stay hidden. Hermione agreed. While in the hallway near the Griffindor dormitories, Harry and Ron spotted Hermione and Draco. They ran up to her, assuming something was wrong. Harry got their first and immediately asked what was wrong. Ron soon caught up. Hermione replied, “Everything is fine.” However, Harry and Ron new better than that. Draco, in an attempt to make Ron jealous, wrapped his arms around Hermione from behind, and held her close. Harry immediately yelled out to Draco, “Get your hands off of her!!” Hermione then said, “It’s alright Harry, Draco and I are together.” When Ron heard that, he became enraged. He had to be held back by Harry because all he wanted to do was get rid of Malfoy. By the look on Ron’s expression, Malfoy knew that he was jealous. To complete his evil dead, Malfoy told Hermione that he had to meet his Quiditch team for extra practice. He then gave Hermione a long kiss, and held her close. Ron had a terrible look on his face as if he was going to be sick. As Malfoy left, he gave Ron a sly winning look. When Draco was out of sight, Hermione fell to the floor and broke out into tears. Ron and Harry helped Hermione into the Griffindor common room. As she sat on the couch, she told Harry and Ron everything. When Harry left to find out if everything Malfoy said was true, Ron stayed with Hermione. They sat together and talked for a while. During their time talking Ron said to Hermione, “When Malfoy kissed you, I felt like killing him because I was jealous. For once in my life, I wanted to be him. I wanted to be the one kissing you. (22) Harry returned with very little information. Harry whent threw the portrait of the fat lady and into the common room seeing Ron and Hermione kissing. "Now that's what I want to see" said Harry with a smile. Hermione and Ron stopped. "I didn't know you were here" said Ron. "Any news?" said Hermione getting up from the couch and slouched to the table. " Not very much" said Harry. " Malfoy's hideing somewere around these very Hogwarts grounds" said Harry. " Duh, he goes to school here" said Ron. "Anyways.... there's not much news, but that Malfoy IS hideing in other house places and lurking in other places wich are dangerous." said Harry. " Well be looking an eye on him" said Hermione. " I suggest we make a map around the Slytherin places not to be in and the places to be in." "Hermione you do half of the hogwarts around the Huffelpuff and the Slytherin land mark's while Ron, you make the Ravenclaw and Gryffindor land mark's" said Harry. "Ron get those magic muggle crayons and the marker's" said Harry. Up above was Malfoy wearing black and hanging on the sealing. (23) By morning the next day, everyone had heard that Draco and Hermoine were a couple. Ron was steaming, but he didn't want to hurt Hermoine by telling everyone the reason Draco and Hermoine were together was because of blackmail. He buried his head in his arms. Draco was putting on a show for him by wrapping his arms around Hermoine's waist and leading her down to the dungeons for Potions class. And of course, Snape helped everyone out by making Hermoine and Draco partners for the week. Ron was glowering, when he decided there would be a little in Potions class today... (26) sucked the living heck outta him! (sorry)He didn't know what to have as a potion so he asked Ginny. "Ginny I need a potion or anything!" said Ron in the library. "Hold on Ron could you wait?" said Ginny pointing her pointer at Ron. "But Ginny I need-" said Ron. "One minute" said Ginny talking to her friends named, Vitello (Boy) and Amelia (girl) wich were excange students from Finland ans Sweden. "Okay Ill see you their at the Great Hall entrance." said Ginny. Over the past 2 months she was TOO buisy talking with her so called 'Boyfriend' over a muggle phone and going thru tennage years. (27) "Now can I a-" said Ron. Just then Ginny's cell phone was ringing. "One minute Ron please?" said Ginny reaching in her pocket and got out her cherry red cell phone. "Hello? Oh hi Kevin I really miss you in England, how is it going with you and your sister Makaii? Not so good? a fight again? Oh,oh,okay" said Ginny talking to her 'muggle boyfriend' "GINNY I REALLY NEED TO TE-" said Ron. "wait a second my brothers trying to tell me something" said Ginny. Ginny was worried too if she would get into trouble with her cell phone, But Ron wanted Prof.McGonogall to take it away but she never gets caught! Also if her 'Muggle' Boyfriend breaky up with her. She pulled away from Ron, and as she did, a bottle, labeled Love Potion, fell from the sleeve of her robes. Ron picked it up, and smiled. "Perfect!" (31) Ron made a run for it to: 'Harry and Ron's secret area' "HEY YOU GIVE ME THAT BACK RON!" said Ginny dropping her cherry red cell phone. Ron was now chased by Ginny ALL over Hogwarts. Just then, Ron bumped into Hermione. "OUCH!" said Hermione and Ron. They landed straight on their backs to the floor. Ron got up and apologized to Hermione. "sorry Hermione" said on picking up his books. Just then, Hermione had a glare at some potion in Ron's left hand, it was a 'Love Potion number 9' "I'm sorry too Ron, Ive got to go, I'm heading to the Great Hall, well see you" said Hermione walking away. "Bye" said Ron. Ron was STILL love struck but too bad she was taken with the bloody Malfoy! "GOTCHA!" said Ginny pulling his black hood . Ron fell right back down to the ground AGAIN. "Shoot!" said Ron. Ron picked up all his books. "Why do you need this?" said Ginny in her hand. "Alright! I confess!" said Ron. Ron lowered down his voice. "I want hermione to like me" said Ron. "Are you crazy?" "hahahahahahahahahaha!" said Ginny. "Hermione wont be THAT easy." said Ginny. "Well I can and I WILL" said Ron pulling the potion out of Ginny's right hand. "FARE AND SQUARE! "BLACK,BLACK NO TRADES BACK!" said Ron comming up with a red face. "That is SO not cool" said Ginny. "Stop being and acting like a Muggle you are not one of them" said Ron. Just then Ginny's OTHER cell phone was ringing in her robe pocket. Ginny grabed the Honolulu blue cell phone. "Hello? oh hi Kevin! I still miss you, you do too?" "aw that's SO sweet" said Ginny. Ron walked away. "Yeah well Ginny I think..your pretty U-G-L-Y!" said Ron shouting back to her. "I'm sorry Ron what did you say?" said Ginny. "Never mind" said Ron walking away. "whatever" said Ginny. Ginny continuted to talk with her 'Boyfriend' (Emma, Age 13 to 18, 6/18/2003 7:37:35 PM, Jealousy)

Her expression hardened as her eyes passed over Ron. "I'm afraid there will be a severe punishment for this, Mr. Weasley. I do not know if he will make it. A suspension or even expulsion will take place. But it will be Dumbledore's decision." Her voice trailed off. Ron, meanwhile, was suffering an invisible beating inside his own body - by his conscience. He couldn't believe that he had hurt his own best friend, but he also couldn't help feeling a tiny bit of triumph at defeating the Boy Who Lived.
